Living in the Las Vegas desert has taught me a lesson about allergies because of the strong winds, dust, pollen and smoke in the air. As the mother of a young child, I am not overly excited to use over the counter medications to suppress allergy symptoms so I started looking into other options. Allergy pillows are a great idea but too often they consist of only lavender which is amazing but sometimes not powerful enough to combat a concentrated amount of various types of allergens.
This pouch is filled with fresh lavender flowers that have been drizzled in anti-allergy essential oils that are meant to reduce allergy symptoms. While there are several oils in the pouch, the first key ingredient is rosemary because of it's ability to enhance the presence of antihistamines and add an antispasmodic component. To increase the antispasmodic effectiveness both Roman and German chamomile are added which should help you feel an overall calming of your respiratory system while reducing sneezing, phlegm and blocked sinuses. A combination of lemon and lemongrass essential oils increase this pouches ability to calm your bodies response to allergens. Because allergies often cause inflammation in the airways making it difficult to breathe, I thought Frankincense would be a nice addition to this floral bag because of it's ability to calm inflammatory responses to allergens. Pro tip: it acts as a natural decongestant and is supercharged when combined with clove oil because of it's ability to help treat asthma and allergic rhinitis. The last key ingredient is sandalwood because it helps strengthen the bodies ability to handle dust and pet allergies. This pouch seems to be most effective when stored in a ziploc bag until you're prepared to use it in order to preserve freshness. I stuck one in my car and it not only smells wonderful, there's less sneezing when my son rides in the back. You can also take it out of the bag and put it under your pillow when sleeping to help open up your airways. It's also a nice thing to keep in your desk at work if you need to combat allergies and asthma at work.

![]() I never intended to make an anal bleaching cream, or any skin lightening cream for that matter but I was approached by multiple individuals about dark spots that form from aging. It wasn't until I gave a sample of the Lemon Drops for Dark Spots night cream and they mistook it for an anal bleaching cream did the idea come about. Now that the cream has been thoroughly tested, we know it works well for heavier discoloration in sensitive areas as long as it's used as a night cream. Because of the heavy levels of citrus oil in this cream, it does not react well to UV rays and shouldn't be used during the day when skin is exposed to the sun. So I started with lemon to lighten the skin and exfoliate and some bergamot for skin regeneration and the regulation of newly produced melanin. After that, I addedsome sandalwood that heals scar tissue and diminishes discoloration but also reduces the tingling lemony citrus. The star oil in this blend is definitely carrot seed oil because it actually hinders the production of melanin to decrease future darkening of problematic sensitive areas. This cream should only be used on clean skin and you do not have to wash it off. My favorite part about a natural option for bleaching is the complete lack of hydroquinone, a toxic ingredient in most anal bleaches that can actually cause your skin to develop disorders like ochronosis that makes skin turn blueish black. Having unnatural darker hues is obviously not the goal when using a bleaching cream so be careful when researching your options and make sure that your product is hydroquinone free. Harmony has been known to correct Exogenous Ochronosis symptoms with proper usage. This mixture works well to balance melanin production and lighten discoloration from scarring or acne. It also has antiviral, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties which help encourage healing when applied. **Results may vary** Ingredients: Lemon, carrot seed, tea tree, sandalwood, frankincense, rosehip, eucalyptus, geranium & bergamot essential oils, coconut oil, aloe vera gel & grape seed oil
