Replacing Lost or Stolen Packages

It doesn't happen often, but on occasion a package is lost or stolen. Maybe it was delivered to the wrong address and the smell from the products enticed them to keep it.  Whatever the case, Bella's Apothecary has you covered! There is a process to getting your order replaced! Depending on the set of circumstances, the process is slightly different. Unfortunately, you may need to contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) at some point, but rest assured, the Apothecary will work with you and the Post Office.

It's been two weeks since I placed my order (or more) & the tracking says "Pre-Shipment"

It's alright. Insurance is included in the cost of the shipping so I can just take the information and follow up with the Post Office by submitting a search request. Finding the package may take along time and the conditions of the drop off location may have compromised the integrity of the package. For that reason, we set instruction for the package to return to sender and will send out a new order as soon as the request is submitted. Replacement packages can take up to 10 days to be remade and sent out. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 

My package says it's been delivered but I haven't received it. 

Things get a little tricky at this point but they can be rectified still. The first step I can help you with but you have to file a claim with the USPS to let them know that you never received the package. You can begin that process by clicking here. After you've done that, send the claim number to [email protected] and I will follow up with the Post Office. Please note that in order for a replacement package to be sent out, the USPS must be under instruction to send the lost package, if found, back to the sender.
